Boston's COPPA Enoteca Launches New Menu Items

 

 

Opening it's doors in October 2009, COPPA Enoteca in Boston's South End was created by Chef and Owners Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette, who also owns Spanish tapas concept Toro, located just a short walk away.

The COPPA team has recently given their Italian menu a slight facelift, incorporating new small bar snacks and plates, creative pasta options, original wood-fired pizzas, and Italian cheese platters now available through DiningIn.

Arancini   Traditional fried risotto balls stuffed with fontina

Olive con Finocchio   Mixed olives with fennel and roasted garlic

Panino di Riccio di Mare   Sea urchin & salami panino with pickled mustard seeds
